Not Launching

I just did a fresh install of Stellaris and ST:NC. The mod will not load and the vanilla game loads instead. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like launcher issues. I guess you could try deleting the launcher cache, or follow some of the suggestions in the other pinned threads?
