50 Megastructures (as codes ?) in non player systems
I started playing the game as Earth. Then I realized most, if not all, systems owned by all the other races have close to 50 megastructures in each system they own, named things like "on_build_start" , "on_build_complete", "ai_weight" etc. At first I assumed this is to make the mod work correctly. and I though when I form the federation, systems I get will have these removed. They did not. And my megastructures limit is currently 2107 to 1.
I started 2 more games to make sure, it is the same in all of them.

I tried to search everywhere but couldn't find a reason. Is this a bug? or is this working as intended? I can force myself to ignore it but I'm guessing as the FED groves this might become a problem.

I'm playing in Large Milky Way Galaxy.

I would appreciate any kind of guidance.

I used "cross border trade", but on the my last test I deactivated it and the result was the same.
Edit: To clarify, I disabled the other mod and started a new game.

From this I'm understanding it is not normal. Should I delete and reinstall the mod?

It'd be good to get the save game to diagnose.

But yeah, I've just tested and nobody else is reporting it in our Discord.
