District specialisation not working anymore
For unknown reasons district specialisation for rresource gathering (Energy/Minerals/Food) is not working anymore. Not on savegames, not on new games as well. Existing specialisations still stay as built and work as intended, but selection for changing the specialisation type (Research / Production ) is empty, as is selection when trying to built a new specilization.

Probably caused by problems with Paradox Hotfix 4.0.19 (Or maybe 4.0.17 or 4.0.18).

Yeah aware of these. Unfortunately I'm away on holiday until early next week so can't post a fix for a few days.

Have a nice holiday. You and the other contributors are doing a great job, I play the mod more than Vanilla and all other mods combined ;)
Can't anyone do something about it?

Well, only one person can 'own' a mod on Steam workshop, so even if someone else on the team could ready a fix, it'd need me to upload from my personal account.

Well, I hope it's soon, because I can't proceed with my favorite major races without it.

Let me know when you're ready.
Good to know it isn't just me. Just started trying out the mod and was confused that I couldn't build a district specialization despite having the technology researched. Economy is being crippled as a result.

I'll take that as a compliment.
4.0.17 is the problem. they work with a 4.0.16 rollback

It's fixed as of last night's patch.

And it's about time, too.

It was fixed within hours of me being in front of a PC that I could fix it from. What more do you want?

I was just wondering what was keeping the update, that's all.
Wow, ungrateful. Thanks dev, really appreciate the quick patch.
After giving it a test on a new save, it appears the bug persists. Not sure if it is just me. If anyone else could confirm or deny that the bug is present for them, that would be appreciated.

UPDATE: I reverted back to 4.0.10 and can confirm the specialization works in this version of Stellaris. If diagnosing the issue will be helped by me testing versions to figure out the last version of Stellaris the bug is not present in, I can do so.
