- Addd Civ6-like "Governor" feature - a deployable entity who can improve City performance in various areas (deferred to the Viceroys mod, if ever completed - since this mod doesn't seem very popular, it's hard to find time for another along similar lines)
- Possible integration of City View right-side data (Citizen Management) into adjustments
- Adjust settings/disable objects based on Game Options (No Happiness, No Religion, No Science)
