I have the exact same issue, and it's driving me nuts.
I'm having this problem as well, also bad interactions with Royalty DLC not letting me complete a trade requested because the royal trader won't trade to an untitled pawn.
Random state stack is not empty. There were more calls to PushState than PopState. Fixing.

No for me at least, two caravans and two request, none of them function properly. The option to take the stuff and pay the money simply does not appear.
¿How could I fix this?
The bug where you can never call a caravan again if you open the dialog box without choosing anything is still there, as of 3rd March.
Im having the same issue. Two of my friendly factions are blocked like that. Exactly same process I opened the window looked through items and didnt request anything. Now both of those factions if I try to request trade say I cant because they didnt fullfill previous requestment yet
Everything works again after that. Also I suggest checking out (continued) version of this mod, as this one is abandoned
