Audio bugs

Has anyone else ever noticed that the audio is reduced? Kind of like having the trait by default.

And also random weapon breaking noises? I know its been a issue for awhile but just wanted to post here in case nobody else noticed one of those 2 things.

No sound with gun without magazine(like a revolver, shotgun)
