Is there any way to edit the idle chatter dialogue?

I like the option for characters to talk instead of you know, just standing there silently as if they're a GTA Online character.

I've noticed that most of the dialogue doesn't make sense in the timing of when Project Zomboid takes place, missing the internet, graphics card scalping, etc etc and it removes my immersion at times.

If anyone knows please let me know where the file is located!
