Hi, sorry for the late response, didn't realize anyone posted in the discussions here.
Unless you've already figured this out on your own, here's how you can do it:

1) Navigate to your Stationeers Steam Workshop folder (F.E.: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\544550)
2) In the folder "544550", you will find a folder called "1909694362". That is the "Stacked!" mod folder.
3) Copy this folder and navigate to "C:\Users\[Your User]\Documents\My Games\Stationeers\mods"
4) if there's no "mods" folder, just simply create one, make sure everything is lowercase.
5) Paste the copied mod folder into the mods folder. You can rename the mod to anything you want.
6) In the mod folder, you will find a GameData folder with a file called "Stacked.xml". Open that file with your text editor of choice. In there you will be able to change individual stack sizes of items, though note that not every item is listed in the file, so if you want to add another item that's not in the file, you'll have to find the prefab name for it.

Hope this helps at least a little bit, let me know if you have any questions.

Hello, I've done what you said but mine still doesn't work in game. What is the fix for this?

Never mind. I solved the issue, it was load order.
For anyone else having an issue it should be
Stacked!
[Workshop] Stacked!
Core
Ensure all boxes are ticked and enjoy

I don't get developers like you, you spend hours of hard work, write hundrets of lines of code to create something very useful, but then decide to not give any instructions at all to actually make it usable? Is it really that hard to spend the last 1% of work to write like 3 sentences for a minimal explanation? I mean it's great that you wrote it here, but I don't think there's any reasonable explanation to not have it on the workshop page.

Okay, here you go:

1. Subscribe to the mod
2. Launch the game
3. Enable the mod

Hope this helps.
