  • Floating units now spend 5 mp/hex instead of 4 (remains 4 mp on road and imperial and 8 mp on moutain)
  • T2 and T3 Faction/SecretTech Flying Units/Vehicules now costs +5 cosmite

  • Hero Equipments tier changed from 2 to 1 (+ cost adjusted):

  • Essence Pool and Repair Station effects now last for 2 strategic turn
  • Blessing Of Starlight now lasts for 1 strategic turn

  • All insanity effects resistance check is decreased from 12-8-4 to 9-6-3
  • Fixed an exploit that allow heroes to move on water indefinitely by making Embarked units have 32 mp on the strategic map and spend 5 per water hex (was 24 & 4 per hex)
  • Transit infrastructure road discount is reduced to 1
  • Accelerated Force Development is replaced with Orbital Relay Development, both cost 520 knowledge
  • Low Spawner Aggression settings now upgrade the size of spawner armies at normal rate
  • Type-s item is removed from Synthesis landmark reward list
  • Energy blaster, Void glaive, Void hammer items are removed from voidtech landmark reward list
  • Sentence Target now has kinetic debuff type and can be dispelled
  • Staff Of Turmoil (chaos bolt) can no longer hit ground or obstacle

    Assembly
  • Battlefield Autospies research bonus is decreased from 4 to 3 per units tier
  • Deploy Constrictor tactical point cost is increased from 3 to 5

    Dvar
  • Prospecting Sector sound removed
  • Shield Bash now has 2 turns cooldown and leave one action point after use
  • Dvar Rocket Artillery no longer have high T3 units cost
  • Demolisher Cannon (Excavator Tank ) is now a free action ability
  • Dvar Foreman can heal himself
  • Spike Gun damage is increased to 16

    Oathbound
  • Paladin Light Bringer Perk now costs 1 point
  • Leader and Heroes now gain 15% xp bonus from Record Keeper instead of 25%
  • Paladin Marquis - Volt Discharge range decreased to 5
  • Gift Of Adamance now give target unit Disgraced effect after Last Stand activation and cannot be casted on units upgraded with Oath Of Devotion or has Disgraced effect
  • Banner Of Justice is now once per combat
  • Burning Banner is now controlled by player due to a bug with all oath banners: they can target any unit beyond 9 hex limit
  • Field Repair Droid is now a level 8 skill
  • Paladin Champion hero vehicule no longer has defense bonus
  • Burning Banner becomes once per combat
  • Challenge now has 2 turn cooldown and its strenght is decreased to 10

    Shakarn
  • Infiltrator - Holoshift now gain mods from target unit (doesnt work for Holoshift Repeat)
  • Infiltrator now ignores all morale modifier while using Holoshift (doesnt work on holoshift repeat)
  • Glaukus and Refractor can no longer target friendly units or obstacles with their Sono Ebb and Sonic Ebb abilities
  • Sonokarn gets huge target, Crash Down and its Omni Repeater damage is increased to 6-6

    Syndicate
  • Runner scout now has 40 mp
  • Deploy Cerebral Collars is now once per combat
  • Overseer can heal himself

    Xenoplague
  • Xenoplague evolve: increased points required from 10 to 13 (slowed by 23%)

    Heritor
  • Condemn To Drained is replaced with Rite Of Revitalization in tech tree + its energy cost is increased to 60
  • Mind Posession and Mind Dominance ignore Fatalism effect
  • Empowered Drained cosmite cost increased to 15
  • Devotion is now Full Action
  • Uncover Ancient Secrets is now available to prime at turn 1 and its cost is decreased to 40 energy 4 strategic_ops

    Celestian
  • Karmic Amplification: quests cooldown modifier increased to 2 turns

    VoidTech
  • Distortion Rift Coils (Rift Generator) damage is increased to 12
  • Phase Drive now has starting cooldown 1 turn
  • Phase Echo Guard cannot clone heroes and leader

    Psynumbra
  • Consuming Gaze can no longer target ground or obstacles

    NPC
  • Mantra Of The Branded is now a T3 mod (15 cosmite +30% damage)
  • Medusa Pshycic Eruption is now a range 5 ability and its effect apply on 4 hex radius instead of all units in battle
  • Soldier Bee and Vine bud are swapped in Growth dwelling shop, same for their influence cost
