GameUserSettings.ini HealAOE deactivating
With the last Update, I have got added the Heal-AOE funtion to Magic-Shinehorn.
The heal takes 5 % to your own Dinos and allied Dinos in 10 Seconds. The Range is really small.

If you want to deactivate it at your cluster, please add the following lines in your GameUserSettings.ini (The Default-Value is True)
