After a lot of manual searching, I have found Splitsie's exact starting location in his Survival... Impossible scenario.
It required lot of searching and cross referencing with his video. Firstly by finding the general mountain area where he bases at. Then looking at the specific mountains, valleys and the gas giant to find the starting location.

If you wish to start in this location, you can use Alt+F10 to turn yourself invincible so you don't die from O2 loss. You can then make a Blueprint of the Crashed Drop Pod (and delete the previous drop pod with control+delete). Then you can use F8 to fly to the coordinates and then press Control+Space to teleport the player to your location. Then you can paste the drop pod in the location where Splitsie dropped at. Don't forget to turn off invincible mode and any other Admin tools. And then good luck Surviving out there.
