Review I guess?
I'm putting this in a new discussion because the characters restriction in comments means I'd need to cut this in three part and that would make it just more annoying to read.

(Spoiler if you're reading this and haven't completed the level, be warned)

So, this could become great, but it's gonna need a little fixing.

This level is pretty good and you did a great job on the ambiant and dialogues, and that's what kept me going trough the end even thougt it could get very frustrating at times.

First thing, checkpoints. Having to run trough DownTown and MidTown everytime I fell was really a bane. Checkpoints at the other end of the towns would be greatly appreciated.

Globally the level design was nice. Running over thunder clouds was pretty lit and the whole swing area was pretty fun to go trough too. For some reason I couldn't hook on the first rising hook but it fixed itself after a game over, not sure what happened there.

Wall jumping on non-flat surface can get really hazardous and it got me killed a few time with hat kid not wanting to climb on the lightning pylone from times to times. I felt like clipping to the ropes from very far sometimes so maybe that's just me who's dumb and I should've double jumped near it instead of trying to climb. Oh well.

Also bully bird outside of ice landing was really mean.

The three questions to get to the boss seems to have a problem. No matter what you choose to answer when first talking to the guard, you have to talk to him a second time like if you exited the dialogue without taking the test and pass it again.

Now the boss is where it gets really messy. Top view might not be a bad idea but seriously, I can't see what the hell is going on. The patterns looks cool but the camera is waaaay too far. And then keeping track of the dozens of bird while flamethrower swipe the terrains is nearly impossible.

If you're going for interesting pattern you should probably keep it down with the ennemy because it adds a random factor you don't really want when dealing with several patterns of flamethrower swiping the terrain. Or leave it to a few dumb one. Bully bird into flamethrower is a really devastating combo.
I mean both are fine, but put together it gets really messy.

For the camera, you should probably have it more zoomed and keep track of the player, or just reduce the room size so you can actually see something. And maybe not having completely top view will help too. Having to jauge jump length without being able to see the Y axis is pretty hard. Usually game that use that kind of camera don't allow for jump or makes you jump automatically when necessary
OR they make the camera slightly inclined so you can see what the hell you're doing. That could probably help in this case
