Insurgent teams not replenishing, need help. I reached the point where i am able to call in 16 rebel fighters to attack a target on the map, i used them once to attack a checkpoint in which they were all killed. After 5hrs in game and over $40,000 worth of equipment donated to the rebels, it is still showing 0/16 fighters available. Does anybody know how to fix this? thx in adv, any help is welcomed!
