Need help, may found a bug

am I stupid or at the mission where I have to investigate the ambandoned camp of CSAT and need to find evidence, is at least one evidence bugged. Cant find the interact menu anywhere and i walked over this place three times. Btw the camp is in Oumere

u need to look around in a tent and in the long building.....no spoilers, take ur time looking
