Quite often when voice dialog occurs, phone calls/passengers/whatever, it occurs when driving.
Arma 3 engine noises are generally quite loud, especially in 3rd person.

Could an earplug mod be added to the scenario that mutes engine noises only by say 30%?

I've tried a couple client side only earplug mods and they do not seem to work unless someone has a suggestion of one that is known to work w/o screwing up the existing save files.
