Hello, I'm trying to launch an attack at some positions andRequesting an insurgent team but it says " No unit available." It used to go up to 22 men teams. I waited 3 days, same result, no unit available. Also, how do I get insurgents and equip them? I see people talking about it but couldn't figure out how to get a team and level them up.
