Getting a strange message with title "description updated" and the text itself says "any" in a box.
So i have this message appearing after a lot of playing, similar to when i get near a checkpoint, with title "description updated" and inside the box it says "any". Should i worry?

Also the doctor after i help him move I try to give him the antimalarium but get no response, the objective "give medicine" stays the same and tells me the medicine will run out in 2 to 5 hours.
Don't know if my game is bugged. Should the doctor say anything? or the game autosave? so far nothing happens.

BTW I am using the save anywhere mode that is selected at start of game, not the recommended save one if that is any problem...

Regarding the Deliver Medicine timer, I figured out a way to receive the maximum time value and this will extend the minimum to over 100 hours with just a dozen packs of medicine. Save your stash in a vehicle or pack, then deliver one pack of medicine one-by-one.

but the medic says something when you deliver the medicine? In my game he stays silent while crouching and the game does not even give a hint that something was accomplished. Also the timer did not move from 5-2 hours, Is this intended behavior or did I really broke my save?

This is when your task is bugged, you probably noticed you don't have updated map marker for new location. Despite you can still use the coordinate to find the camp, you'll not get any more time no matter how many you deliver. Deliver all you have, skip a few hours and you'll see.
