Please list any strange behaviors you find with this mod, if any at all.
It's a pretty simple mod and does not change the vanilla gameplay stats, but you never know what can happen with mods!

Slavers upon capturing bandits and the like, will kill the caged slaves when they put them and shackle them up. Does the vanilla behaviour (as you've replied to others mentioning this) take from "all" slots? I'm wondering if you can nest the skull into the belt slot. Since I think only vanilla item that goes there is a lamp/lantern. Does AI/NPCs ever spawn with it? Because if they don't empty that slot that might be a good place to put it

upd: It's strange, when I open two links to which the author made a fix, the steam does not want to open them, saying that they are dangerous.
This is some kind of glitch, apparently, because the links are correct, but in any case, you can drive the name yourself in the workshop search and find those mods.
