Bugs
When reporting bugs, please let me know how I can reproduce the condition on my side so that I can squash the bug.

Helpful bits of info:
  • SP, MP or Dedicated
  • What addons were you running
  • Which Airframe from which mod were you using
  • What were you expecting to see vs. what actually happened

Notable addons because we have a fair few: All RHS, ACE + Compats, All CUP Modules, TFAR Beta, Adv Sling Loading, Adv Rappelling, Adv Towing, Adv Urban Rappel

Expected Outcome: We expected the CH-47 to drop the Assault Boats as described in the mod

Actual Outcomes: Sometimes the boats would randomly explode while in transit, or would explode after recovered. The explosion appears to be caused by the boats becoming detached from the helicopter while in flight, and then collides with the helicopter.

Thanks for the info and documentation! I'll look into this, see if I can replicate it and patch it.

UPDATE: This is an issue peculiar to the RHS CH-47. I've written a compatibility patch to address it. It's related to RHS's cargo script that activates when the ramp is opened or closed.

Utilizing a dedicated server in MP with a player as pilot.

Mods: RHS, CUP Terrains, ACE, CBA, USP gear and uniforms, TFAR, Konyos MH-47

Bug: When utilizing the helocast function from the MH-47, upon kicking all boats and players in the back out some players are not able to swim while in the water and are stuck in place until they are able to enter one of the CRRC's. Not all players are stuck which is interesting that it only happens to some but not all. We have experienced this every time we have attempted to use the helocast function on our dedicated server.

Thanks LJH. I set the animation of the players when they exit the helo. They're *supposed* to reset after a certain amount of time via a function. Is there any chance the "victims" weren't running the helocast addon at the time?

No chance of that, it was running on the server and the PBO checker would have caught anyone not running it as well.

We do utilize the ACE ragdolling mod but that is the only mod dealing with animations that we utilize so im unsure what could be causing it. As I said though it has happened every time we have used the helocast function on the server which has provided for some comical moments to say the least.

Dedicated server in MP with players as pilots

Mods: RHS, ACE, USP, TFAR, Helocast with RHS Compat

Bugs:
1)Players stuck in animation under the water only get out of the animation once entering boat
2) After the helocast players would randomly be teleported back to the position of the helo they were in. In our mission we had 2 helos a (CH47 and UH60 both RHS assets) drop a total of 3 boats. All the players in the CH47 were teleported mid assault back to the staging area of the CH47. All the players in the UH60 would be teleported back to where the UH60 landed. This happened 2-3x during the operation and was fixed once we deleted the helicopters via Zeus.
3) When recovering 2x zodiacs via the CH47 we found that there is only one option to secure the CRRC regardless of the position. If the second CRRC in the back secured itself first it would cause the helo to shoot towards the moon and explode. If the first secured itself it would be ok.

This very same bug is happening to me using the standard Huron with NO other mods.

Dedicated; Running ace, acre 2, adv towing, adv rappelling, adv urban rappelling, BettIR; achilles; and paddle mod.

Helocast works as designed. Cannot recover CRRC. We didnt receive the option to recover the boat so couldnt recover the boat and players after dropping them off

Thanks for the info, that helps!

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get recovery working for the vanilla CH-67. In the past, anytime I tried it, the aircraft immediately sank. I think it's associated with how the aircraft is coded.

Sorry it's not a better answer.

The RHS CH-47s seem to work pretty reliably with this.

Same bug here except with the RHS CH-47F and the RHS CH-53E

bug with helocast on dedi server, we using RHS chinook and when we helo cast the boast just loses its base and sinks everytime. it like comes out and hits water stays flaoting vertically and then dies. we haev the RHS Compat too. tried in zeus and liberation.
