Unlikely. This is a character for a comic I'm producing, so I'd need to keep all the rights associated to him. I suppose I could always do a redesign and tweak to actually fit the DS universe, but I don't know if I'm all that interested in significantly altering the years-old charater I love :p

There is, however, a character mod I'm loosely planning to make later; I can transfer a lot of the features Devon has/will have, but it would still be a remarkably different character.

you could keep your rights and charge royalties for your item. Just an idea. I'm currently working on a don't starve board game, and am dreaming about making lods-of-emone(probably) off of it. however, it is still just being drawn up. doubt itll make it off of my note pad :)

It really just depends on what Klei would ask for/demand, but in my experience the guys producing the thing will typically want pretty exclusive ownership rights so they can reappropriate it to their specific needs, desires or image. Otherwise, it can be a lot easier to get into a legal hassle that inhibits production.
