Server availability problems
I has come to my attention that this and the white forest bunker map is not available to play on servers for whatever reason and I would like to know if anyone has a possible solution to the problem as I cannot find the reason behind it myself.

Both maps contain enough spawnpoints for players to spawn, this one is compiled with the gmod version of hammer and the other with the hl2 version and both are packed with gmad.exe and soon to published to the workshop with the gmpublish.exe tool. Nothing here seem out of the ordinary so i would like to know if the maps really got a problem working on servers and how to fix it.

are you uploading with crowbar? if so, follow this guide:

I did upload with crowbar at first but i have since swiched to using gmpublish.exe to see if there was any problems with uploading with crowbar, also both maps already follow the guide you linked.

That's a shame. Maybe try reuploading it as a whole new addon using gmad and gmpublish? keep this one for the users but have the separate version for servers

i ll try to set up a server ; it will run you maps and also the hls made with this technique..
i am used to hold servers for hl or css [ i prefer linux..] my internet access is a modem-satellite ..it gives a half second of lags..but i hope that will make all around the world players "happy" with the same little lag.. i am finishing a big project with hl1 maps.. but i made plan for hl2... i mean that i love you system of adding maps... i bought the gmode licence yesterday and wait the tomorrow update [ 64 bit] to test gmod.. tell me how i should setup up the server . beside that i want to recreate the "hl2 ep 1 ep 2" story with a new path.. may be you can be interested to team ?
