Go to a base surrounded by 2 or more towns. Get a recon job from one of the towns. Recon the base as normal. Go to the other towns and see if they will give you a recon mission.
If they do you will complete it instantly(because the units are already marked) and they will give the same mission again and again so infinite money glitch.
