Give him a fancy suit or something.

Make the eyes a bit more asian.

The fact he wears a uniform instead of a suit is part of his persona. I'd argue it's fancy as it is. I'm also quite uncertain as to what you mean by 'make the eyes more asian', the face is a reskin of the standard HL2 'asian' model. Eyes seem fine to me but if you disagree then please elaborate.

The beret is a removable bodygroup and we're currently not using it on the OG server.
