you could do for samael, mei, glare, characters from revelations and maybe adam from community remix remixed, or just make modded characters to have just a hat

Yo, that's a neat list, thank you! Not sure about the only hat thing tho. It could be a good idea to give modded charcters only the hat as a costume and I might add it as an option later down the line, but for now I would like to specific costumes. It just keeps things fresh.
I might do it for Mei tho.

Oh I never thought Rebecca would cause a problem. It's her glasses? I will look into it.
One character I would really like to make a unique costume for is the Drawn. Just a fun character to look at.

maybe just give rebecca a double monocle? since she wears glasses. I meant to give only hat to modded characters in case if they don't have specific costume, for example if it's character you haven't made costume, so in case if new characters are going to be created they will have atleast a hat rather nothing

hey, keep in mind there is new mod about rebecca, it's now called rebekah and old one is outdated, i hope new one will be easier to mod

First sorry for the late reply. I was really busy and I hadn't the chance to work on it.
Tho I looked through your list (except Sarah and Dante, because Revelation is bugged for me).
This are my conclusions so far:

- Samael (hat could be costumized to include his horns)
- Mei (needs the hat on a different layer. Except that it looks fine)
- Glare (needs a costume for both of his forms. Might be tricky, because he always removes the other costumes)
- Sarah (needs a new body variant with her wings
- Dante (?)
- Adam (needs a new head variant)
- the Locked (only needs the hat as a costume)
- the Drawn (completely new costume)
- Rebekah (new version) (looks alright actually. The only thing she could need would be the hat on the opposite site, but that's it)

I will work on it as soon as I have the time:)

good to know, also are characters which not listed, what they will look like if they will get epic fetus costume? will it be original epic fetus costume?

Yes for now it will be the “original“ epic fetus costume. I might add the “only hat“-option tho.
