Report a translation problem
Because I am using gog I had to intstall the mod by myself and I didn't knew that the filename was importent, so I left it just like the downloded file. Turns out this was the issue, rename the mod's folder to "wand_workshop" and it works as intended.

Maybe I am having a similar issue with the targeted folder being named different or something. Let me take a look.
This is not identical to my issue, the pedastals in my game did not show any reaction to the wand, not even lighting up. If it lights up for you, this means at least _some_ mod code is executed.
If you have multiple mods installed, try disabeling all but this, just to rule out any conflicts.
wands generated by an otherwise vanilla game should have it [except for the starter wands].
but this should result in an error message when run in noita_dev.exe
