Some suggestions
While I like this mod, I would very much like if there was a setting you can toggle to automatically distribute your colonists' stats upon level up. I also would like it if NPC pawns could automatically distribute their own stats so that they aren't level 21, and they're either zero'd out or have random stats that's more of a product of randomization than actually using stat points.

Another thing I think would be very cool, is if certain stats worked differently for animals. For instance, what if stats had additional effects for animals to make them a little more viable such as:

(STR)
-Increased armor penetration rate

(AGL)
-No changes

(CON)
-Increased life expectancy
-Increased meat and pelt production

(INT)
-Decreased animal tame chance(if wild)
-Adds to passive EXP gain
-Reduces overall wildness

(CHA)
-Reduces revenge chance(If wild)
-Increases chances of successful training
-less work required in tending tasks
-Increased produce yield
