I'm lost
I have many wounded pawns but I thought you just clicked on the wound like "Left radius" or "scratch scar" and you would get the option to send them to the hospital for surgery? That is not happening, yes all my medical beds are full but I did not think that was an issue in the past. Help me get this to work, somehow, please. I just have your mod only installed but I do have like 2500 errors from core RimWorld.

OK, first got all the base mods cleaned up. So no reported errors.
Next I was a fool and did not click add operation, so I can schedule operations to fix things like lost toes, broken fingers, ruined arm and dementia. Yes I can ask the doctor to fix the patient, and I have read how oh you need the stuff, well a) doctor skill 20, glitterworld medicine 8 or 12 and I still get the nope you don't have the stuff. I tried the arm and again nope you don't have the stuff but I do have the stuff and the plasteel. Why does this mod hate me so much. I want to say it works sometimes but it has not done so in a while. Now to be fair I have added and removed mods but I would love to know how to make this work. I raised a guy and now he has dementia.

Well fix flu worked and I would say fixed toe worked except I cut the foot off so that kind of seems like a failure. I did add a mod and I loaded the non color but never turned it on so that can't be it. Still confused and cure Dementia the doctors refuse to work on it with "need materials".

I can see all the help I am getting, thanks. So I was wondering if the issue is I used a healer Mech serum, because I just had three people get muscle Parasites and I could fix everyone except the brought back to life guy. Again help please. I'll even take a dev fix so I can fix the guy. Anyone?

Often times it's either because the necessary medicines aren't available, the patient isn't authorized for the medicines they need, or there aren't any pawns with the skills to perform the surgery.

Please check them first. Thank you.

If you're running quality surgeon by Hatti, that's the culprit. I was running into similar problems. Says the implant is unavailable. Problem with coagulator implant. Also trying to put legs on a pawn that was missing one from a prisoner that I removed one from. The medical mods I'm running were APOE forked, DE surgeries (color), Cyber Fauna and quality surgeon. Sometimes the surgery would happen and other times it would not. When I right click on pawn getting operated on and it would say, "missing 1x cooagular rib implant."
player.log led me to this error -

I get this: "Pawn 'Blackjack' has '2.7' % surgery successChance. Pawn count 5
Pawn 'AJ' has '1.8' % surgery successChance. Pawn count 5
Pawn 'Yeez' has '0.9' % surgery successChance. Pawn count 5
Pawn 'CHAT CON' has '0.6' % surgery successChance. Pawn count 5
Pawn 'Bait' has '0.6' % surgery successChance. Pawn count 5

I saw a reference in the log to quality surgeon when this was happening. I removed quality surgeon and everything worked fine going foward.
