Hey there. It's me again, ya boi who runs the server with a custom joblist and station which utulizes Thalassophobia.

So thing is there's a whole unique section for people to do things with Thalass. Four testing cells and a laboratory full of thalass and medical components.

So we get a lot of people playing geneticist. Which is actually starting to become a problem. You see, when people play geneticist, they tend to use the DNA scanner to get DNA they don't already have from random spawns.

The problem here is that said DNA scanner causes insane server slowdown lag whenever it's active. The further into the match we are, the worse the lag gets, to the point where if people turn it on later into the round, it'll just cause a network desync and everyone will be booted to the main lobby, but the round will still be 'going' until I endround in console to reset the server.
