Legislative Cool-down Issue
I'm not sure if I am the only one having this issue, but every time I use this mod I get spammed by notifications that prevent me from doing basic functions of the game (like selecting my new technology without going to the tech tree or being able to view notifications other then the Legislative dissolvement notifications, for instance)

As far as I can tell the issue is with the Legislative Cool-down. because at the very beginning of the game the cool-down is at about 40 turns, and by mid game (late renaissance) it is happening every 5 turns, until it gets to every turn. After that I believe the cool-down happens multiple times a turn and starts glitching out my games.

It's very frustrating to play a game when you have to check every city, unit, technology, citystate, and civilizations for any changes for immediate attention. I really do like this mod because of the large amount of gameplay it adds (I especially enjoy the holy roman empire).

So, is there a way I can fix it? or is there any news of an update that will fix the situation?
