i think this mod disables syncretic evolution. because with just the mod on the secondary species doesn't spawn and they do with this is off.

The private doctor jobs seems to be broken. I've tried setting low priority for all other jobs in the specialist stratum, but it seems all my pops would rather remain unemployed than go to medical school. :steamsad:

Cant get my pops to work the pmc jobs or doctors, upgrading some buildings doesnt work. I believe it was the merchant building.

What version of Stellaris do you play? Because the mod was last updated for version 3.1, this may be the problem. In any case, thanks for the feedback, I'll try to find time to update the mod for latest version and fix bugs.
