Can there be a way to turn off or mitigate self harm?
I would like this for two reasons - firstly, as a person who struggles with this in real life, it can be a bit triggering (I can manage to cope with it, its just jarring for me).

Secondly, it is waaaay more extreme in consequences than other mental breaks, and is unrealistically lethal. Most people irl who self harm don't end up being "you will bleed to death in 4 hours" from every incident (not to say it never happens, but it is not what happens in the majority of cases) - but in this mod this is what happens every time.

I have lost multiple colonists to this and it is really annoying. Most other mental breaks are just "your pawn won't do anything useful for a few hours, or might upset/mildly injure someone or break something" while this one is "your pawn will die very quickly".

As this seems to now be the de-facto, only playable version of this mod (as the official version is no longer being updated) could we look at having a menu option to disable this mental break, or make it a lot less severe?

^ seconded, this occurred in my game without knowing it was in there and it was! really uncomfortable to say the least
