Garbage and Health problem after non-RICO ploppable update.
Seems after the recent update, some unique buildings turned RICO suddenly have massive garbage and health problem, and population decreased fast. Demolished and rebuilt didn't solve. Worked fine just day before.

I'm having the same problems. garbage and crime occur too fast for services to handle and my population falls within a few minutes. This problem did start form me after the latest update as well.

@ Useless Noodle, I've gone through the broken mods list again, as it has been a while since I've checked it. I've unsubscribed the old Avdanced Vehicle Options mod, and subscribed to the new one for Sunset Harbor. I've also unsubscribed to the Bridge Fix mod. This has fixed all of the problems I was having with services not keeping up, and my population is back to normal and happy again.

My problem also solved however I do not have any outdated mod to begin with. I suspect the RICO mod itself wasn't properly downloaded, as it happened same time with the period of unable to reply into discussion page.
