If on Windows:
Open CMD (Command Promt) Just search it in the start menu, and run it.
Type: "ipconfig /all" in the window without the "quotes", and press enter.
Scroll to your network, and note down the Default Gateway.
Use that Default Gateway (your routers local IP) in your browser's URL bar, and hit enter.
Login to your router (default username/password if unchanged can be found on the router or online)
Default username is usually "admin", and password "admin", "password" or blank/empty.
For more in depth guide for your router or it's default passwords: https://portforward.com/routers.htm
Go to "Advanced->Advanced Setup->Port Forward/Port Triggering" or something similar.
Make a new port rule with "6511", and set it to "TCP&UDP" or "Both/Any".
(You may need to make two rules if your router only let's you do one per rule)
Save/Apply, and you may need to restart the router.
You can also use UPNP if your router supports it, and has it enabled. (Else you can enable it)
to portforward without logging in to your router using a program like PortMapper.
If you need to get your public IP it can be found here: https://whatismyipaddress.com/
Host can get it from here: https://whatismyipaddress.com/
there is a way to play lan without change my port?
"What to input in the text box to join someone" or "how to get your IP"
"How do i port-forward on my router" These things are already addressed.
If you got an issue or a fix for something not already mentioned post away.
Well, thing probably doesn't even work anymore. I recommend switching to PencilPal instead: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2843162754
