Psiocracy Empire: yes
Description of Bug: When elections happen, sometimes doesn't allow you to keep your current empire leader despite being a psiocracy. Works inconsistently.
Psiocracy Empire: no
Description of Bug: When researching enhanced psionic theory, later in the game, it doesn't convert you to a psiocracy if you click to do it. Works in early game, inconsistently otherwise. Stellaris issue, or mod issue?
Description: Currently, psiocratic empires only get +20 administrative capacity and +10% unity for double penalty when going over capacity. It's way too easy to do that (i spend the majority of games at 1.5-2x my capacity because i'm bad) and +0.8% tech, +1.2% tradition, +2% edict cost is debilitating in comparison.
Consider reducing penalty from +100% to +50% (+.6%, +.9%, +1.5%), consider tweaking Psiocracy bonuses (+30 capacity? check balance of other authorities, especially since you can't stop being a psiocracy).
yes
Using the origin with psionic planet, after 2 months all districts disappear
Psiocracy Empire: yes
Description of Bug: There is no generate name function with the psiocracy empire type. So if a random empire generates with said type, they have no empire name.
Suggestion: Make the naming of the psiocracy the same as the imperial cult.
Description: Add the ability to reform the government to a Psiocracy once the requisite technology has been picked, rather than just not allowing reformation. At the moment, if you don't click yes when the prompt pops up (accidentally or otherwise) you're locked out of the end of the psychic ascendancy forever.
Suggestion: Alter Psionic Worlds to resemble Shrouded Worlds
Description: I'd like Psionic Worlds to look like Shrouded Worlds in both the System view and the Planetary view. The current "Gaia World + purple Instagram filter" is very off-putting.
Suggestion: Change the government bonuses for Psiocracy
Description: A Psiocracy resembling a machine intelligence/Megacorp hybrid doesn't make much sense to me. Psionic powers should allow for easier/faster communication over interstellar distances, easing the load of the bureaucracy. In light of this, I think that the Authority itself should have its "+20 Admin Cap" changed to "+10% Admin Cap" (or be a -20% Over Admin Cap penalty reduction) and have the over-limit cost removed. The Psi-Civic that gives +20 AC should also become a psionic version of "Efficient Bureaucracy" (+10% AC) and the "Psionic Communication" tech should be given the % update as well.
Suggestion: Make the "Mind Control" tech more effective
Description: Instead of just boosting the Trust Cap by a flat amount, I feel like Mind Control should instead make it easier to convince xenos diplomats of your intentions (good or bad). This means that "Mind Control" would add an effect that boosts your Envoy's effectiveness, meaning that relations will improve or sour faster once the tech has been researched.
Suggestion: Make the "Psionic Barriers" army tech (engineering dept) give the "Psionic Barriers" ship tech (society dept) as a research option
Description: "Psionic Barriers" (shielding tech) gives you a lighter, energy-free version of psionic shielding that is great early on before you reach level 4+ shielding. Making the army tech appear as early as possible in the run, then making it unlock the shielding tech as a research option would be a huge help and make early wars in psionic playthroughs more fun. Plus you would think that these two techs would go hand in hand. If an army can shield themselves, why can't the crew of a ship use the same technique (with alterations) to shield their vessel?
Psiocracy: No
Description of bug: I researched the Expanded Psionic Theory tech and clicked on YES to change my empire authority to Psiocracy, but nothing happened, and I'm still an Imperial authority.
Suggestion Type: Add feature
Description: Expanded Psi-Authorities to allow for Imperial or Corporate play would be neat
Description of Bug: Terraform to Psionic Planet Ascension doesn't work with Ascension perk nor does turning planets into shroud.
Suggestions Type: Compatibility
Description: A compatibility patch for: Planetary Diversity: More Arcologies
Palace+Capital Arcologies - Capital Planet Only, no modded authorities - A capital world with a large building complex that enhances your capital. Research, Admin, Naval Limit and Unit
Specifically a patch to allow for the building of a Palace / Capital Arcology with the Psiocratc Authority
