Next, restart CSL.
Then, navigate to Content Manager from the game’s main menu and enable it.
On a machine where the mod was installed via the Workshop, you'll find it in one of the subfolders here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content
"Normal" mods will be in these locations, and that's where you'd put the mod:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\Files\Mods
C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods
You'll figure it out.
I am looking to install this mod outside of steam as well, but really have no way to get it from a machine where it was already installed. I subscribed and copied the Cities install to the Steamapps/common folder thinking i could trick steam into installing the mod but that was really wishful thinking. Any other suggestions? Could i somehow compile the code myself?
