No new population

Hi,

i have weird problem with mod. I have free houses and no new citizens are comming to the city. When i turn off this mod, then in few seconds my city grow up

I have the same issue. buildings always shows 0/0. And the game is not letting me override the population. Like i enter 18 and it remains 14. I deleted the mod, and files but the problem still exist.

0/0 buildings mean that you've hit the game's CitizenUnit limit.
