City Policy & Specialization effects on Jobs
City Policies such as Industry 4.0 and specialization such as the IT Cluster reduce the number of workplaces per zoned industry/office. Does this also apply to the numbers set for these buildings in Realistic Population?
For me, it doesn't seem like Industry 4.0 is cutting down the workforce by 30%, it just stays at the amount set for the building.
These policies would be useful, especially for Realistic Population as offices/commercial suck up most of the workforce.

IT specialization is provided as its own separately configurable category in this mod's calculations (along with all specializations of all zoning types).

However, this mod is targeted for realism, and will override (or be incompatible with) simple and unrealistic "gamey" mechanics. In the real world city policies don't reduce workforces by 30% while retaining the same outputs and tenancy requirements, and so they don't in the mod, either.

(This also goes for the effects of unique buildings that provide those - generally bizarre - gameplay changes).

If you're interested in that style of gameplay mechanism (which is perfectly fine! Realism-oriented payers are a minority of the player base, after all), then this mod probably won't work well with your playstyle.
