Blood not showing

so when i got this addon blood splatter wouldnt show, i didnt know what addon it was so i tried disabling this since it was the most recent i got when i disabled it blood showed up. i really like the shadows as well as gmod blood so if anybody has a fix please tell me

Only next gen blood works
