Titan limit not increasing idk why?

I think the mod is broken as the Colossus limit is still one even tho my naval cap is over 2k... Does anyone know if paradox did move the location where the limit of "special" ships is encoded? I tried to edit some files, I could make it faster, cheaper, faster to build and alter the prequisites to build it but the "empire_limit = { base = <int> (max = <int> naval_cap_div = <int>) }" doesn't seem to work anymore...

Yes, the moved the definition of the limits to 00_ship_of_size_limits.txt

Yes, the game changed how it works. Mod was updated for 3.8 now.
