How is it considered portable if I can't move it without losing all the recipes? It's a shame that I have to leave it sitting by the assembler but if I could just move it between stations to learn recipes then put it over there, it'd be a lot less of an annoyance to deal with, honestly speaking.

Is there a better one that can actually be moved or am I just misunderstanding the name somehow?
