Help me with this

Help, today this day I reinstalled this "mod" or Addon, but there was an error, I started bugling and deforming and all this happened while I was using the C.O.D skins, what happened, what should I do, reset the game from the files, or uninstall the garry's mod to solve it?

my shotgun and ar2 and smg and pistol and other small gun shoot animation doesnt work and reload and my grenade working an my rpg works and crowbar works and my sprint animation is like not working too.
