Stats suggestion
up to +50% damage and -50% bullet spread depending on health.
On full health:-15% damage +25% bullet spread but -10% damage vul.
on half health:+15% damage -25% bullet spread but +10% damage vul.
On near death: +50 damage and -50% bullet spread but +20% damage vul.
