Lightning Hounds Deal Way Too Much Damage To Players With The Lightning Attack

I know that a player can negate that damage by using clothing that gives lightning protection but 25 damage is way to much, i mean if the character gets stuck in that area of lightning he almost has no way to live thats way too punishing add a config for it maybe?
