So you played a bit, how long, only the upper Mansion?
And then you left it, continued Skyrim, and then you turned back to the Mansion?
And where are they floating alive, at the positions where you killed them, or in the Mainhall?
Just that i know how to test it.
There is one point that my Mansion makes different to the most other dungeons, it's never respawning. Maybe a respawn mod which changes the spawns of interior cells somehow is responsable for this.
Otherwise i realy have no idea what could causes such a bug. I made no script changes or anything for my mod, its all default stuff.
(This is also the reason why you can't add the Keys with the console to open the doors)
I think you have to start from scratch, with a savegame before you entered the Mansion, in this case. Please let me know if it works if you are doing this.
The Hunters were fine; they'd spawn and attack straight away.
Of course the most enemies have triggerzones which activates them, but sometimes (mostly when reloading a lot because of dying or because of frequently rejoining locations) these scripts/activators stop working.
They only way to get this back to work again, is to restart Skyrim then.
