[BUG] Rock bands duplicated.

With the latest version (October 3) all rock band units seem to be duplicated and overlapping.

This also causes the Van to do weird shading.

To fix this, edit ArtDefs/GatheringStorm.artdef
Change line 1847 to:

<m_nValue>1</m_nValue>
