non compatible addons

every time i spawn in a random zombie or a specific one it spawns as a default zombie and i know it is a addon because i turned them off and it worked so does anyone know addons that are not compatible?

Probably "NPC Variants" addon or "Episodic Zombie Animations Fix" addon are causing this problem. I have same issue too.
