MZAllCreation - psi attack against all visible enemies, bonus effect based on biome.
MZAngrySky - (Urban Biome) aoe electric attack. disorients. stuns robotics.
MZAvalanche - (Tundra Biome) aoe frost attack
MZCounterFlood - return fire with Nature's Embrace
MZMistStorm - (Temperate Biome) aoe psi attack, blinds, debuffs will/hackdef
MZNaturesEmbrace - psi attack with bonus effects based on biome
MZNaturesWrath - geo ability gain crit chance and damage based on number of geomancy abilities known.
MZShiningFlare - (Arid Biome) aoe fire attack + burning
MZRockfall - (Underground Biome) aoe "melee"-damage attack, hits twice.
MZVenomSquall - (Xeno Biome) aoe poison attack + poison + zombify

Blood Cryomancy: (psi abilities, dependant on hooks in the main pack for hp cost, curse, lifesteal.)

MZBloodChill - consume a little hp to chill + curse target. 1AP.
MZChilblains - consume hp for cold dmg that scales with chill tier +chill +hypothermia
MZFrozenAbyss - consume hp to create a zone that does cold dmg+chill, and then drains health at start of next turn.
MZHeatDrain - cold attack steals health. consume burning to increase damage.

MZFrostbite - chill + hypothermia + rupture target depending on chill tier.
MZGlacialSpike - create a pillar of ice that damages and chills nearby targets on emerging.
MZGlacialTomb - immediate freeze, may even work on foes typically immune to freeze. 1 charge.
MZPolarRay - cold damage and chill in a line
MZShatter - consume freeze on target to do radial aoe damage. chills multitargets.
MZSliprain - cold damage and chill (mental hitcalc)
MZTeineiWind - cold dmg aoe + chill. consume burning to increase damage.

MZFreezingSpear - cold damage + bitterfrost in a line
MZFrostBullet - bullet art: cold damage + bitterfrost
MZFrostBulletX - frost bullet also inflicts Hypothermia.
MZIcyBurst - 2ap, 3ammo. fires two shots that do cold damage + bitterfrost.
MZShatterShot - consume freeze on target to do radial aoe damage. double damage to primary target. chills multitargets.
MZShiver - damaging attacks with the weapon have a chance to chill.
MZShiverOnCrit - damaging attacks with the weapon that criticaly hit have a chance to chill.
MZShiverSuppress - suppression abilitys with the weapon have a chance to chill.

MZFrostProtocol - low damage and chill, but gaurenteed to hit.
MZSuperColdStorage - gain additional charges for Freeze and Winter Protocols.
MZWhiteoutProtocol - blind and chill in a large area.
MZWinterProtocol - aoe cold damage and chill.

MZCometCracker - jetpack attacks stun. rocket slam radius increased.
MZJetPunchCombo - jetpack attacks no longer end the turn if used as the first action.
MZViciousFalcon - do more damage during jetshot, or with jetpack attacks.

Melee: (designed for melee weapons. some might work with guns anyway due to having special animations.)

MZHoarfrostBlade - double ice slash. each hit bitterfrosts. 2 charges.
MZIcebreaker - smash frozen foe for double critical damage. also damages, chills in a cone behind.
MZIceDragonBreath - cold cone attack + chill
MZLavaAxe - fire element axe throw. inflicts burning.
MZSlingBlade - throw an axe at a distant foe. 1Ap.
MZSnowFlakeDraft - aoe cold attack + chill
MZStormHammer - electric element axe throw. inflicts disorient.
MZVapourBlade - ice element axe throw. inflicts bitterfrost.

Unspecific: (literaly doesn't matter what they get assigned to.)

MZBrittleIce - attacks on chilled foes shred armour, increases with chill tier.
MZColdShoulder - immune to frost, take less damage from chilled foes.
MZFortyBelow - cold attacks do more damage the more chilled the target is.
MZPiercingCold - attacks on chilled foes pierce armour, increases with chill tier.

(note: hypothermia is a cold dot, with damage depending on chill tier)
