Don't like pictures? Here's a written description.
Changes:

  1. Eating beans isn't a miserable experience akin to eating a raw, unskinned rat.
  2. Expands the types of spices and ingredients that can be used in various meals. For instance:
    • Fruit and nuts in your oatmeal
    • Wine, and occasionally whiskey
    • Remoulade
  3. Beans in stir fries, roasts, and more
  4. "Roasted Vegetables" are now called "Oven Roasts" because it doesn't make any sense to have "roasted vegetables" comprised entirely of meat
  5. Fixes bug where bowls of rice and bowls of pasta would never rot. Dried pasta and rice still last forever.
  6. Wild foraged herbs can be used as ingredients in cooking where it makes sense
  7. Foraged herbs no longer last forever. They remain fresh for a week and go bad after a month.
  8. However, you can dry foraged herbs by cooking them. Dried foraged herbs last forever but are less potent.
  9. You can make teas with medicinal herbs, which slightly boosts their potency, even if you used dried herbs.
  10. You can blend combinations of herbs to create two special blended teas. One keeps you up and on your feet, the other soothes illnesses.
  11. Fixes the icons of bowl meals. The contents now look like the thing they're representing, and the bowl now consistently looks like the empty bowls that are in the game.
  12. This mod is compatible and synergistic with All American Apocalypse and Craftable Dairy Foods

Let me know how it goes, I've heard mixed results about how consistently it works
Yeah I just started a new game and when trying to make a roast with Salmon, it still shows up as Roasted Vegetables in the right click menu. Odd.

I'll figure it out at some point. Not right now, though, I'm kinda burnt out at the moment.
