Hello Com. I'm almost certain the issue is you're probably playing Qud on the latest stable version; is this true?
This mod (along with a lot of others on the workshop) were designed to be kept up-to-date with the most recent beta branch. So if you'd like to play TT, you'll have to right-click on your Caves of Qud icon in Steam, then select 'Properties', then 'Betas' and select 'beta -'
If that doesn't work, or if you were already running the latest beta, then please say so and I'll have a look at your player.log.
