Guys. I had 2 mods from this author. This mod and MWI 1. At first, I noticed a strong suspension, but did not attach any importance to this because the ship that I am building is stuffed with everything you can. Serious problems started when I put EX 1 Point Defense, or when I met this block at the pirates. Weapon Core crumbled and left me without weapons. For now, I've decided to disable MWI 2 and look for other energy cannons in the workshop, but it doesn't seem to be necessary. Even after disabling MWI 2, the guns remained, even a line in the crafting panel and EVERYTHING works as it should and the lags disappeared. It sounds like science fiction, but it's true. I don't know what the root of the problem was, because these are two different packs for weapons. Perhaps the author left a couple of identical lines of code in these mods. Please tell who it helped.

startet happening after yesterdays update
Running ONLY Weapons Core and the entire list of recommend WC Mods
launching an investigation
so far i couldnt figute out which mod is causing the "burn in" on the weapons
i removed the mod and made a few saves so that no save with the mod inside was existing, then i added the mod back in and it didnt happen again

Not sure what the issue really was. Version 1.6(67) might have been the fix or maybe corrupted data. Did the test in the instructions with just weapons core and modded base guns. Then dumped all the mods recommended in the weapon core collection after a reload and no more issues. running a new world no issues on that either. hope this helps others
I hate to lose the base I worked so bloody hard on but I'm gonna have to axe these mods until they're fixed and start fresh.
did you try rowasting out all saves with the mod inside and then putting the mod back int othe world?
thats what fisxed it for me
remove the mod form the save, load the world and save so long that no backupsaves with the mod inside exist anymore, put the mod backin to the loadorder and load the world again.
i did write that for outgoing you already did delete all problemaffectet mods, so in this case wc and mwiwc2 and redownloaded them
